Payment protection
Payments & refunds
We keep payment and generation separate: checkout confirms the order, and a verified job record controls whether credits are used or returned.
Payment provider
Verified credit-pack checkout uses Stripe Checkout. Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure hosted page. The payment methods available to you are shown by Stripe at checkout; we do not claim a method is active unless it is presented there.
PayPal can be added as a separate payment route only after its checkout and webhook are enabled. Until then, Stripe is the active payment path.
Credits and expiry
When the reviewed credit-pack configuration is live, credits are granted only after the payment provider confirms the payment. The pricing page states whether packs expire and whether a subscription exists; no payment is taken from a disabled or pending pricing state.
Failed jobs
If a paid generation job fails after credits are deducted, the job is marked failed or refunded and the deducted credits are returned through the protected ledger. A queued or failed job never produces a placeholder video.
Questions about an order
Keep your Stripe receipt and job ID. They are the fastest way to identify an order. For the legal operator and registered office, see Company information.
