By using AI Video Swap, you agree to use the service lawfully and to respect the people and creators represented in your uploads.
Permission and responsibility
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every photo, face and target video you upload. You must not use the service to impersonate, harass, defame or deceive someone, or to create unlawful or abusive material.
Templates and output
Templates are made available only when their preview, input requirements and generation capability have been reviewed. A reference preview is not a promise that a generated result is currently available. Output quality and processing time can vary with the source media and provider.
Availability and suspension
We may limit, pause or refuse a job to protect users, providers and the service. Jobs that fail after a paid credit debit follow the refund process described in our Payments & refunds page.
