Uploads and generated jobs

Photos and target videos are used to validate and process the job you request. Uploads and generated files are stored outside the public website area and are deleted within 24 hours of job creation, subject to operational cleanup and legal retention duties.

We do not sell face data. Do not upload a person's photo or video unless you have permission to use it.

Accounts, cookies and logs

Anonymous free tries use a signed browser cookie and a protected, one-way identity and IP representation to enforce the daily limit. These values are not displayed in the public site. Necessary security, consent and job-status cookies may be set so the service can work.

Server logs and error records may contain technical request information needed to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.

Payments

When checkout is available, Stripe processes payment on its hosted checkout surface. AI Video Swap receives the payment and order information needed to grant the purchased credits and handle support. We do not ask for card numbers in the upload form.

Your choices

You can stop using the service and request information about data associated with an order or job through the contact method provided at checkout or in your order receipt. We will verify a request before disclosing or deleting protected records.
